What is a step-and-repeat photo booth?
A step-and-repeat photo booth pairs a branded or custom-printed backdrop with professional lighting, a photographer, and a red carpet entrance. Every step-and-repeat rental includes a professional photographer, studio-quality lighting, a 25-foot red carpet, and on-site guest direction so lines stay moving and every shot looks polished.
What backdrop options are available for my event?
We offer two main options. A green screen step-and-repeat uses digital compositing to place your logos and branding behind the guest -- this is a cost-effective way to get a polished branded look. A custom-printed step-and-repeat is a physical stretch-fabric banner produced with your logos, sponsors, and design. Both options include professional lighting and a photographer.
How much space do you need for the step-and-repeat setup?
The step-and-repeat backdrop, lighting, and photographer station require about 12' x 10' of floor space, plus one 6-foot skirted table and access to a standard power outlet. The red carpet is available in a 10-foot or 25-foot section depending on how grand you want the entrance.
How many guests can the step-and-repeat handle per hour?
Our step-and-repeat flow is designed to move quickly while keeping every photo flattering and polished. Expect roughly 60-75 groups per hour depending on group size. For events over 250 guests, we recommend pairing the step-and-repeat with a second booth type.
Do guests get printed photos or digital downloads?
Both are available. You can choose digital-only, or add unlimited 4x6 or 5x7 prints on-site for a take-home keepsake. Guests receive their photos instantly via text or email. After the event, a full digital album is delivered.
Can I get a custom-printed backdrop with our logo or event branding?
Yes. Custom-printed backdrops are one of the most popular options for corporate events, product launches, and galas. We handle the design and production.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have your event date locked in. Peak weekends in Dallas-Fort Worth book quickly during wedding season and the holiday gala stretch from October through December.
